Ick. The back of my heel where my shoes were rubbing has gotten worse. I must have damaged the skin again. And there's no plasters of the right size in the house. The stupid boots were really comfortable when I first put them on.

I like being big spoon! Well, I have no choice because J insists on being little spoon :pac:

I love shopping in the UK full stop. I can actually afford to go to Topshop when we visit my grandparents in Sheffield. And the M&S Food Halls...*drools*

I look ridiculous being big spoon. I'm like a jetpack :pac:

I used to live with a girl from Derry and she had the nicest accent! Everything was 'wee'!

Derry accents can make my ears bleed when I first hear them, then they grow on me then I get one.

I stayed with two girls from Derry in the Gaeltacht one year and came home with a Derry accent.

It's like a language all in itself! A wain is 'wee one' or child. Fascinating!

Edit - PF, it depends where they're from! Some of them are awful. I hate mine :p

One of my best friends from college is from Donegal, i LOVE his accent! "Are ye goin for cyans in the cyar?" He says we and whenever instead of when. And he was never wrecked he was "ruuuuuined"

Armagh. Apparently it's gotten quite neutral since I lived in Dublin, but when I'm talking to my mother or family or I'm shouting/excited it gets quite thick.

Ah I see, an interim fella. Woman, Pixie :D

When I was 17 I shifted a guy once because he had a Northern accent. Like bees to a honeypot :pac:

My Derry housemate used to ask me if I was 'away out' when I was going anywhere. Took a few weeks to understand her! I did end up speaking like her though, a weird amalgamation of midlands, Dublin and Derry accents!

I love the Belfast, Donegal and Derry accent. I can understand what they are saying as long as it isnt a really thick one.

My boyfriend is from Donegal. I spend a lot of time mocking his accent though :pac:

My cousins are from Derry, can't understand most of what they say.

One Direction are playing Croke Park next summer. Just informed my little (16 year old) sister and she's so excited. It's kinda funny. :D
Also been told I can probably do a make up exam for the exam I missed. :D Today is a good day! Apart from the studying and stuff.. :P

I used to be a sailing addict, out all weekend, every weekend! Now my poor boat is all lonely & neglected in the garden. I haven't been out in it in about a year and a half. :(

Go and sleep in it tonight just to make it feel better...

I liked sailing in the let's wake up late and have breakfast on a boat, then sail to a pretty and peaceful harbour for lunch, then let's sail to another harbour for a rest before we go ashore for dinner and pints kind of way. That's enjoyable sailing.

    I call her Aquaholic :)

My parents have a daytripper, but its up for sale at the moment so not in the water any more. I have some super cute photos of the little lady on it last summer though.

I told my OH for my 21st this year I wanted an Oceanis 58. He got me the fog horn and said he's building up to it :pac:

Most of my family holidays were spent island hopping around the Med/Aegean. Pure bliss.

I'm so, so glad you're starting to feel a bit better, Ella. You're some woman <3

Also very glad to hear that you might not have to repeat the whole module, sunshine and showers! :D

And massive congratulations to both PhysiologyRocks and Captain Albection, you're both absolutely brilliant and couldn't deserve it more :D

I'm in absolute bits today, really bad endometriosis pain is killing me. Thankfully I don't have much to do so I'm in bed, nicely medicated and planning to watch some Charmed episodes starting with Season 1, brings me right back :)

Used to live in Monaghan. LOVE the accent. Shifted* a lad from Tyrone on a night out purely down to the savage way he pronounced my name.

*may have done more than just shift him, and I'm not even sorry
