Am at the part of after-workout that I know I'll hurt tomorrow but I feel compelled to do it all over again. Made my walk into town a brisk one with some upbeat music (love 8tracks for this!) and am currently dancing in my chair to the music in my head (yes I sound crazy but its the good kind for once!)

Nothing is ever straightforward with regards to healthcare in Ireland.

    Are you still in pain?

Yup in a huge amount of pain. And this is coming from a girl who walked around on a broken ankle of a week thinking it was sprained and did the same with my fractured wrist. Hopefully these drugs will sort me out now.

I hope they do get you sorted, it must be so tough :(

I really need to get back to tracking my calorie intake. During the day I'm doing fine but I'm getting really messed up by snacking before bed. I need to find out how much that's setting me back.

Oh wow. Make sure you wear your classy ripped leggings!

I'm decadantly eating grapes at my desk.

BTW, why is the M&S fruit so much nicer than most other places? I actually didn't know what blueberries were supposed to taste like. The deal I got them on was cheaper too. 2 punnets for 5.50, it's 6 euro for two smaller punnets in the other supermarkets. And they're gick.

Only problem is having to go into town for them.

Samesies! I've had proper, delicious blueberries abroad. Cannot for the life of me get nice blueberries here, and I've tried several times!

Blueberries, y u no taste good??

Best blueberries I ever ate were the ones I picked myself last autumn. Probably because I nearly died climbing a cliff face to get them! Obviously the girls I went with had a different definition of what an easy hike was than I :pac: Berry picking is fun though.

Gonna head out for my slow lunchtime walk now. I should probably stop eating lunch before the walk so I can go at a brisker pace, but if I hold off I could possibly die of hunger. Best my way.

Om nom raw broccoli and carrot.

With mixed fruit salad on my desk for when I get peckish/next break.

Breaking the Diet Coke and Toffee Crisp cycle!

I'm having fried eggs on toast for lunch :D

Wouldn't mind some fruit salad though!

According to MFP, even with the fruit salad I've not eaten yet, because of my exercise this morning and the low calorie content of everything I've eaten, I'm currently running on -2 calories :P

AKA, if I'm good with dinner, there may be allowances for cake if I break later...

I just signed up to that there. It's scary how much my addiction to one spoon of sugar and skimmed milk coffee adds to the total.

I put in my recipe for dinner and I'm gonna have to get a good workout in before it so! My walk got cut short cause rain. No wonder Ireland has an issue with obesity!

The owl cake is soooooo yummy. I wish it was my birthday again.

I'm going to have to go for a jog later to have enough calories left over for dinner, even then I'll just be breaking even. The joys of dieting :pac:

*pencils in extra bike time for later to cover the sneaky Crunchie with lunch* :pac:

My legs, back and shoulders are still fecking killing me from the gym on Monday... never going 3 weeks without lifting again!

I weighed myself this morning for lulz to see what a week of living off purees had done. I've lost a stone. Not impressed, it's not at all healthy as it's obviously muscle mass as opposed to jiggly bits

I have very little appetite. This is odd. I'm similarly sick of ice-cream and the back of my mouth isn't ready for chewing yet...

Not sore, though. How are you? :)

I've been jumping back and over between level 1 and 2 of 30DS.

Decided to have a sneak peak at level 3.

    Crunchie? *drools*

I haven't been for a run in nearly two weeks, so this evening should be fun...

Grand! Can chew on the left side, still semi lockjawed on the right. Was having really bad trouble trying to brush my back teeth and my mouth felt disgusting so got myself a child's toothbrush this morning, it's made it so much easier. And it came with stickers! Joy

I've just agreed to do an hour long grind at 9pm, just after I finish work.

At the same time, the cravings have hit in for chocolate (or potentially the Diet Coke). Think a purple snack bar might be a compromise...
