Belting down in D4 again. The place should be nicely covered tomorrow.

Edit.. it came down heavily for about 2 minutes. I went to my balcony to have a look and saw a fox rolling around in it.. he heard me going for my camera before I could get a photo :)

Snowing well in CityWest - place is covered...

About 1cm of snow lying in City Centre now. It needs to keep falling consistently though as it's too wet for the snow to stick. There's about 2-3cm on roofs and grass. Showers on the way in looks decidedly heavier so fingers crossed.

Looks like some showers in Wicklow are on the way

some bigger flakes falling now. just seems to be hanging in the air as the wind is so strong.

has anyone got any photos of D14?

looking at raintoday.co.uk, it looks like a constant stream of intermittent showers for next hour or so. Any chance it might get heavier?

Use metoffice.co.uk radar. It's brilliant,I've been comparing the two mets all night and it's no contest. South of Belsfast has been in bright coloured echoes for a long time. 4inches plus I reckon
