    Tues 2nd Dec
    5.03mls in 43:37. Avg 8:40.

Ate cheese before going to bed last night. Horrible nightmare and found it hard to get back to sleep. Some very scary stuff in my sub conscience. Tired today so took a lot of will to get off the couch this evening.
Bloody freezing. Cap, long sleeve, hi-vis bib, gloves and tights. I hate the cold.

    Its a secret;)
No injuries but lost all motivation in December. Did very little running and put on loads of weight. Just back the last three weeks but keeping it very easy. The idea now is to very slowly build a base over the next couple of months.
Not going to log here for a while as most of my runs are less than 5 miles atm.
Just trying to get some consistency.
I'll start logging again when I've something decent to write about.

Well main thing is you're not injured:)
Good luck with the base building! Don't leave it too long now before you start logging again or I'll be checking up on you ;)
