. and headed up to the mothers where theres a better selection of tools than i have, and some of the most brilliant mechanical minds of the 21st century (if you believe all their stories) just in case i get into trouble......! so every thing goin hunky dory ,drained the oil,air filter, oil filter. plugs were a bit of a pain. took longer than i thought .all the while being told that i have it easy and that on some of the older bikes you have to take parts off the frame just to put an air filter in. but i didnt need any help..... so just about all done and feeling rather chuffed with myself and all thats left is to top up the oil. so put the funnel in and started pouring. i knew the bike took about 3.5 litres so gave it a good drop and then checked the level. which read 0..? WTF i thought....must be the angle of the paddock stand.... so poured some more..... to which the uncle says. how much did that oil cost ye.....? fooking nearly 50 euro i said...... well uv just poured 50 euro down the drain ye dope...... what r you on about ye auld bollox i said..... so rather than point out that id left the ****ing plug out...... he has to call over anybody and everybody. bassicaly ended with 3 grown men stand over me while i fumble with plug and lovely clean oil pissing out of my bike. and then i get the classic line......... you wont make that mistake again. ****ing raging..
