No. It should be all done and dusted now. The letter should've come before they delivered them to you.

expect a letter, last year same happened to me, got delivery and letter followed. If its DHL they rarely make mistakes.

Mine's out for delivery since 8:50 this morning. Was at work earlier so I thought I must have missed them but there's no missed delivery notice left or anything. Until what time do DHL deliver at does anyone know ? Hoping I might still get it later today.

Just wondering if this happened to anyone else.

DHL tried to deliver my order today and even though I prepaid the duty and taxes, they wanted another €17. I wasn't there at the time but they said I need to give them a reference number to prove I'd already paid when they redeliver on Monday.
I have emailed CS but just wondering if anyone knows what reference number to give them, in case I don't get a reply.


Also, for anyone still waiting for their package I ordered on Monday 26th and my package got dispatched Wed evening and arrived today.

My order was sent for shipping last night i ordered last thursday and like you i prepaid taxes etc. Maybe its a mistake on couriers part but i wouldnt be handing over anything extra
