    How was the skywalk Ella?
It was just ok. You feel very safe doing it which I didn't like. I mean you have to sign your life away but there is no danger with it at all. Saying this tho I do think everyone should do it :)

My mental age is 51!!

I'm surprised it's not more really. I have been using the phrase "she'll catch her death in that outfit!" since I was about 20. :o

I shall reply, but in a spoiler as otherwise I might be shunned, or worse still, cast out from the community as a reject :o
I don't really like chocolate, at any given time in this house there are at least twenty bars of chocolate, multiple packets of chocolate biscuits and various other chocolately things, OH is addicted to it. I'll have maybe a min roll or two, or a couple of squares of chocolate, and that's enough. OH went through a phase of buying me that nice white Butlers chocolate with berries last year and it's still in the press, with four squares out of it. There's also a tin of Quality Street that is two years old

In other news, I'm off to do more of my exercises :) :pac:

I don't do too well with heights, do you think it might be a bit more adrenaline buzzy then? Also do they let you bring your camera up to take pictures? I might give it a go some time in the New Year.

Argh one of my aunts has decided organise a big clan gathering thing up in Donegal this week to take place next weekend and is now all snooty that I won't go. The bloody woman never gives any notice for anything including her own wedding - 2 weeks (and she expected my dad to organise the music for her in that time as well as having his own family and life and trying to run a business, taking time off and being able to cough up the €€€ necessary for staying in the hotel she pre-booked for everyone!!). So she is pissed with me that I won't go and bring my OH, never mind the fact that it is our daughters 2nd birthday and we have plans of our own for the weekend.

I'm not a mad chocolate fan either. I like and I'll eat it on occasion, but I don't lust after it. The only time I ever feel a need for it is some mornings, where I guess I have a very low blood sugar and energy level and it wakes me up and gets me going. I'd much rather have crisps, nuts, popcorn, or crackers and cheese.

There were a few with us who are afraid of heights but were grand. You'll enjoy it :) and yeah you can bring your camera. They give you headsets and it points out all the different things around the city and gives you some history on each.

    Sounds about right.

I'm 21 and I got 39. I was always super mature, even as a child. I even looked older; when I was 15 I could have passed for 18 or 19.

I took nurofen earlier for cramps. Later I felt sick and had a headache. I don't think that's how it's supposed to work..

I'm the only one who got a mental age near to my real age. Which is shocking cause I would have said 15 :pac:

I'm getting frozen yoghurt for dinner cause I'm a grown up and nobody tells me what to do!

*blinks* Sour things? In my experience cream cheese frosting is generally sweetened Philadelphia with a feckload of icing sugar in it.

Ah lads, work was awful. I was cornered for the whole night by this Irish guy who claims he knew my paternal grandfather and yet couldn't tell me anything about him. He actually wouldn't leave me alone and kept trying to pull me in for a hug even when I kept telling him I didn't want to. Ugh. And before he left he insisted on giving me his number so I could call him this weekend and we could go to dinner. Definitely not happening. The annoying thing is that he comes here pretty regularly because he's doing a course and he knows I live here so I'm kind of freaking out that I won't be able to avoid seeing him again at some stage this year :/

So fed up. I am so incredibly stressed. I just want to feel special once. Just once. Be put number one. I seriously have too much going on in my life at the moment. Not enough time. Not enough energy to do it all. I have a massive brick wall in front of me and I just can't do anything about it.

I can't really think of any way to help you out of your situation so please kindly accept this comforting gift of a wee kitten and a virtual hug. *hug*

I got 40 and I'm 32. I'll bet those eight years are all down to my answer to the Twitter question. :D

Had a ****ty evening, feeling better now with tea and the laptop in bed and churning out words. :)

    Put you first.
Seriously, take a few hours out tomorrow for you, if that means vegging out with a book, a stupid tv show, going out for a coffee, or a nice walk do it.

If you can, take all of tomorrow.

It will do you the world of good.

Enjoy your time out, then sit down and list all of your commitments, and prioritise them on how important they are, when you have to have them done etc.

Incentivise yourself with something small on getting each one done, be it a bar of chocolate, a glass of your favourite drink whatever.

That works for me to be honest, when stuff backs up on me, I get into a massive funk, and have had to learn to do the above.

Dunno if it's any help but if you try it and it is, then it's worth posting :)

And finally, don't be hard on yourself!
