    I did one of the cycling forum orders a while back.
    IIRC it cost a decent chunk of cash to get the original design processed by the suppliers the first time.
    Once they have the design on file you just pay for the stuff you order.

    I think that once they have the design on file you can order whatever stuff they have and I think they had tri gear, may be worth looking into...

    Think its pretty much nailed down that its not going to be race gear. Training gear maybe but as long as you use a proper supplier the original design is not that pricey.

    Here's an idea, make it training gear because most people will be racing in their club gear. Also, I think if you add some kind of funny slogan, people will be much more likely to buy it, such as:

    "Shut up legs"

    OR

    "This much pain is expensive"

    I not taking credit for either of these, and there are loads more out there and it's just an example, but I'd definitely be in the market for something along those lines.

    @ Oryx,

    Yeah that makes sense, I was just suggesting that a funny slogan would make more people want to buy it.

    Maybe somebody else can come up with a good funny one that's boards related.
