You forget we already know your a bitter wee person from your posts about us in the tic thread. Remember you said you couldn't bring yourself to post in here well you should pay attention to your own words.
You seem ever so slightly obsessed with us but hey that just shows how much you miss us ;) xx

I remember I did say that but sometimes my memory plays tricks on me,sometimes I think Oldco and Newco are the same club but then I realise they ain't really.:)

Really ah well you carry on thinking that but even if it were true you seem overly interested in what's a third div side xx

Seems like someone in the Celtic thread was spot on when he said your posting style seems familiar.

    Yawn..
Lets see just beat Liverpool got a big cl game coming up but you still feel the need to discuss a third division team who you say didn't exist until last year. Strange very strange xx

It's possible looks like Green and others were paying themselves all sorts if money and I include McCoist in that. This is the reason I believe there is s move on to oust them just have to wait and see though we could speculate all day long but until we see the accounts then its all ifs and buts

Zzzzzzz, big CL game you say, nah,I'll go 3-0 on aggregate.
As for Liverpool,it was only a friendly game and well done to both sets of fans on making it a great spectacle.

Super Ally saying I didn't know we were spending too much!! Then again, he is on £760k so must be doing something right for himself

    http://www.scotsman.com/news/andrew-smith-could-rangers-history-repeat-itself-1-3040404
Yet if administration did happen, McCoist would not feel guilty about the costs he has racked up in conducting the club’s football business. “In the sense that I’ve not been told that we’re doing anything wrong,” he said. “If someone had said ‘don’t do that because you’re going to put the club at risk’, I would absolutely not do it. But I can’t act on something that I don’t have any knowledge of. So if someone said to me your wage bill is too high or your staff is too high, then that’s fine I can react to that and do something accordingly. But until that comes, it’s not my gig

Looks like nobody associated with Rangers has learned anything from the last 2 years!

Rangers manager's wages second only in Scotland to Celtic manager's?

Not really a massive surprise is it?

Yes actually it is considering where they are operating, it's indicative of the huge budget the club is operating on. It's unsustainable.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 9,839 ✭✭✭Jelle1880

It's actually more than Lennon if I'm correct.

Which is an absolute joke, not only because we're playing in the third tier but because last season there was nothing on show that would even remotely justify that kind of wages.

However, I think it's because McCoist TUPE'd his wages over to the new company so they had to remain the same, the fact he would accept a wage cut is good imo.

Too bad it won't help if there is no EGM called to get rid of the leeches.

honestly leaving any bias at the door if it was my club I would expect to see management team wages cut down with incremental increases in wages depending on performance. just makes sense financially.

It goes without saying really, those running the club pulled a fast one on the people putting their hard earned cash into the club

They are in the 3rd tier and what are they doing signing up a rake of trialists and giving them pre-contracts with SPL level wages?

It's no wonder the new club are in danger of going the same way as the old one.

Will those contracts for the trialists be honoured, Green will be looking for loopholes I'd imagine.

Rake of trialists there are only four who can play as trialists the others can't as they were not registered in Scotland last year. Also the trialists can only play three games and Daly and Law have played two so far. Get your facts right

Get your facts right? It's hard to keep track of what's going on there at the best of times. Supporters of the new club haven't a clue what's going on there or what will happen next, so don't get up yourself.

4 trialists is it? 4 is a rake of trialists I reckon. Did they really need to make all these signings to win Div 1 as it is now? Will their pre contract agreements be honoured?

And most importantly why have the new club got so many players on SPL level wages when they are playing in the 3rd tier? Looks to me like resources have been misspent since the formation of the new club.

Can't answer your questions on the running if the new holding company though as far as overspending goes I agree to a certain extent. As far as a rake being four well we will have to disagree. There has been no new club formed but a new company but you know I am going to say this and I am not going round and round the roundabout just to suit you so I won't answer anyone posts formed that way.
Really what had it got to do with you who the club signs.
Are you honest enough you didn't know only four if the players could play as trialists or they could only play three games. The chances are one of the trialists Bell might not play any as I can't see the manager wanting to chop and change his keeper. I presume the pre contracts will be honoured or the company will be sued for loss of earnings

The contracts start on September 1st I believe, so signing them as trialists just meant they could get a few games in in august before their contracts officially begin. It's nothing to me, I'm commenting that lessons don't seem to have been learned from the financial mistakes of the past. They are wasting money.

On that I agree but not only on the players. I am far more concerned with what certain directors are taking out of the club and I have to say also what Ally is getting we should have been going down the route that was posted earlier IMO.

How can you possibly say that about a guy who told you all 10 months in advance that RFC were heading for administration and possibly liquidation,eh?
I honestly think that's what hurts most that it was a Celtic fan who broke the news before any other msm got wind of the story,to make matters worse, you were told by Celtic fans that you may be heading (in Dave King's own words) into administration for the first time ever as RFC are a Newco.
An ostrich has more sense than some of the directors in Sevconia.
