I'm going to put it down as a pre order for the WiiU.
    Now, where is best?
I don't trust that HMV will still be standing by Jebusday, I'm inclined to spend money in Smyths tbh.

    Amazon?

That's what I did and if my previous experiences with console pre-orders on Amazon are anything to go by it'll be delivered the day its officially available or even before that.

According to the guys I used to know who owned Games world and later ran Gamestop told me they had Game-like money troubles. Wouldn't throw down 250 just in case.

Had heard they're being kept afloat by record companies who don't want to see physical cd sales almost completely disappear overnight. Makes some sort of sense to me but don't know how true it is

Nice to hear they still employ peeps who know more than just the last thing a rep told them to sell ;)

I used to spend a good deal of time in the Clarehall branch, when Ronan and Fiona were running things, it was a nice spot to spend time.

And you never know when you might be on the line, the assistant managers never saw it coming for sure!

Which is quite odd, as when my local Gamestop shutdown, they seemingly went out of their way to redistribute the staff to other branches. The cynics among you can make of that what you will.......

Christmas is too much of a goldmine for HMV. If it's going to go out of business I'd say they'll hold out until the new year.

I put my preorder down there anyway. It's just €10.

The co-op mode on that is a hellish experience.

You have to blow really hard to make it work.

No, no, no! That's only if you play it on easy, if you play it on normal and reach a certain score limit, you get an additional last two bosses.
    And they are the in-laws.

There is additional content as well, when the kids come along, turns into a survival horror!

Basically the most realistic game ever made, & all achieved on an 8bit machine no less :D

The only winning move is not to play. How about a nice game of chess?
