not a god idea to call a mod a moron :pac:

    Damned predictive text!
And if "moron" is the worst thing I get called today it'll be one of the good ones!

Retropolis? Nice name anyway. Are they connected to Rage at all, or are the competition for them?

I don't think so, RAGE already have a sister shop in there. Tahiti, I believe, is the name of it.

Ah, yeah I knew there was something else in Georges St. Arcade...with your standard reseller prices too. I wonder what the prices will be like so in Retropolis, I hope its not another cavern of R@R3ITIES!

€40 for a Skies of Arcadia missing its manual. That might give an indication of prices.

Lol, well I wasn't gonna automatically assume it'd be another overpriced cave of rarities, but there you go...I should have! Have they a website, or is this another lazy half arsed facebook page type shop?

I wonder how long it takes me to get banned for preaching the word of RGB.

You're a mod. You can abuse your power because you're not Spiderman, and Ben Parker didn't give you that "great power" speech.

Facebook not sure if there is a exclusive site. The person behind it comes across as very genuine, which in my opinion is a step in the right direction for this kind of shop.
Its all irrelevant when Steve's shop will blow them out of the water. It is really very nice of him to offer us 50% off on all purchases. Sound man.

Its the prices I'm hoping are genuine, not the staff :P But yeah, a sensible approach is always a good start

I must have missed that offer :D

can't be any worse than the re-opened 3D Games, where half their stock is water-damaged.

On the North of the quays, between the Ha'penny and the Millennium bridge.

And apart from being stocked directly by the wreck of the Titanic, what are their prices & stock like?

I don't mind a slightly soggy box.... no sniggering down the back!

Once I can play with it and it doesn't fail once I stick it in.... I mean it, you there! I'm warning you for the last time!

Once it's dry, it's safe to insert, but sometimes this still ends in failure and you have to blow on it first..... that's it, I'm going home!!

They're below RAGE, for the most part (not a sentence I pictured myself writing when 3D was on Grafton St), but little in the way of proper bargains. They've a sale on at the minute, though. I got a rake of GBA games at €3 a pop. Unboxed, mostly, but the quality of titles available is/was grand.

Oh yeah, that and a free darius alpha for the first 5 customers. Sound man.

Watching The Amazing Spiderman. Really not liking this one, so far.

It's not that bad, certainly better than the awful aside from Sandman Spiderman 3!
Topher Grace, the man without talent, surely the go to guy to render a movie unwatchable, if Gerard Butler is unavailable that is!

Nope. Not even close. At least there's some enjoyment to be had out of Spidey 3. Hard to find any of that in TASM.

Amazing Spider-Man was just worthless. A pointless retread with barely any ideas of its own. There was an air of cynicism about it, the way they literally just made a film because they had to. Bizarrely all the seemingly new, intriguing material was cut out just before release.
