Well done, career-move, and well done to everyone who's filled in the table this year! Sorry mine is still black, but I'm inching closer, down from 23.33 at last Dec's Xmas Cracker to 21.27 at last week's parkrun (5k), so maybe next year will see me filling in some blanks!
