    Thanks for organizing this!
With carvalho we already have the design in place so we don't need to pay extra money for it. Not sure what you asked them about but I think they have a pricelist for boards orders.

I would probably be interested in jerseys and/or bib shorts if someone who got jerseys/shorts in previous orders could give a review?

We can stick with the old Supplier but if any one wishes to move to a new one i have no problem with that but it needs to be voted on.

Jersey and shorts would be of interest, if the prices are reasonable.

I'd suggest moving. The sizing is all over the place with the present ones.

Well done btw and hope it goes smoothly !

I have the artwork files if you do decide to switch suppliers. As AstraMonti says Carvalho have everything on file as well.

I've 3 Jerseys and a Gilet Carvalho produced and they are all fine in terms of sizing and quality. Can't comment on the shorts.

    Daragh-

Did you do the design on these the last time? Any chance you would knock up a predominantly white version?

  • Registered Users Posts: 5,718 ✭✭✭AstraMonti

Cork put me down for a medium bib-shorts and a medium gillet please.

Super Freak I believe there is a cost everytime you want to change the design/colours, maybe CramCycle knows for sure.

I'd love to order but I just don't like that kit. Black and pink, it's a bit 1980's... As I'd be crap in doing up a new one does anyone fancy a new look and woul they do it up?

Hi - does anyone have an L size jersey. If so how does it fit.

I have a M full zip. It does fit, but is very very race fit so to speak.

I am 36 waist and 41 chest, if that helps with sizing.
I dont want to end up ordering a jersey that is baggy.

    I doubt it;)

Also, any material change to the design needs to be run past Dav in the Boards office

You would think that the owners of boards would help out with this :D

I'll have a go with photoshop.

Is there a high res template for them?

Change of colour or a complete redesign?

I'm a 42 long in a suit jacket , 36 waist and the large is fine and snug on me. Not too tight either :)

    Why?

I'm not sure but they may have helped out a bit with the original design, but why would they contribute now? Do you think a few boards jerseys will increase their advertising revenue on here? I seriously doubt it.

I think they do charge for a change of design alright, it's a flat fee as far as I know. Velotec gear is awesome btw. I've also heard good things about Watt Custom who used to post here under the name Suppless (or something similar).

Can I ask what height you are. I am a short in a suit jacket. I prefer my cycling jerseys to be on the short side as opposed to long. While the M is a bit snug, it is perfect in terms of length.
