Good on ye. I've a load of stuff myself, got three today alone, some days my van is seemingly invisible.

I do chase them as I've a powerful van and can catch anything for short runs, but other posters have just torn me to shreds

So very good luck to you.

You chase them?! In a van?!

I didnt see it first time around. Was watching on a small player. The biker was lucky alright. I love how he looks like he is getting off to give out to the car.

Rest of the video is pretty normal. I thought maybe the poster was showing the guy hogging the outside lane.

Tut tut. You fail your test for lack of observation and not reacting to hazards.

I was hoping the same would happen to her while laughing at the end, stoopid and stoopider.

I'm pretty sure in America there's no overtaking lane and that you can overtake whereever you want to? There's just..lanes.
    Although I may be mistaken.

edit: although it might not be America, I don't know why I assumed that

I read it that the accident he fled the scene of was the one in the video. Not a previous one.

Precisely what it sounds like, I really hope the sheriffs department arrest her as well. As for the no overtaking lane in America, it depends on the type of road and state AFAIK , if the lane is signposted as something(ie it could be signposted on the huge motorways as stay in this lane to reach this town, or it could be a car pool lane), then that's what it is but if its not, my understanding it is the same as here, with what they call a passing lane as opposed to an overtaking lane.

  • Moderators, Technology & Internet Moderators, Regional South East Moderators Posts: 28,574 Mod ✭✭✭✭Cabaal

Based on the comments from American's it seems its a passing lane which is the same as a overtaking lane, person recording the video should not have been in it for just normal driving (unless they were overtaking)

So I guess that makes the guy in the truck and the person recording the video both idiots, guy in the truck being the bigger idiot because he managed to crash his truck in a fit of road rage

Unfortunately using a mobile phone while driving is legal in Florida. But I hope they can arrest her for something, she is every bit as much cause of that accident.

    More karma is required...

(don't get me wrong, the fella in the pickup is a right k-nob)
