This the award people have not been waiting for, but we'll suppose they have for the sake of argument. Also it might upset some people.
The gist of this award is that the person who everybody thinks posts the best gets it. It is wise not to ask what it means to post good, or to be the "Best Poster". All you need to know is that it is not selected by any panel aside from the members of C&H and some blow-ins who screw up the votes with their ignorant ways. I hate those guys.
I do know what is selected by a panel though. The Special, Much Better and Correct Jizzler Awards. These awards have not been mandated by any official body so strictly speaking they are off the record. However I think you'll find this astute panel of judges (Davidius) is much fair than the unwashed masses on boards.
