  • this is my second non disastrous day in 1 week! the atmosphere in ECB at the moment is at an all time high, on the back of this there is huge sessions getting done with zero negative vibes. this is a non bad scenario.

    my weightlifting numbers are creeping back, i forgot how slow progress is in this game though. tekkers is starting to feel consistent, only took 3.5 years.

    Start of 4 week out of comp phase program. So some exercises I don't usually do aka strong swole with some pre-habby type stuff thrown in. The weightlifting stuff jumps 10% per week. I did the sets on the minute tonight because the weights were v.light and I didn't want to waste time looking at the bar given the high number of sets. I'm going to do the full lifts vs the split for the 4 weeks so they will get hard for me by the end especially on the cleans.

    I was trying to keep the deadlifts with good clean form but the 130's definitely got a bit english so I'll repeat the same weights next week.

    I have a few distractions coming up but I'll try get 3 sessions in a week. There's a 4th optional day there also if I'm feeling energetic and have the time.

    sumo pulls from just below knee 190 3x3 , first time lifting in this stance and i liked it, im tight around the groins but that wont be to hard to loosen up.

  • worked up to a 190 front squat tonight, im starting another mini cycle now to try and grab a 200 at the end of the month, work will be a factor here so may need to allow an extra week or two.
    half cabbaged on of my two knees failing a 201 -fail pb- so will see how soon i get back on the horse in the next couple of days, hopefully it will be grand.




  • i feel absolutely fuuuuuuuuuuuuuucked after yesterday , dont know why cos i was only going for about an hour and skipped a ball of stuff, abz full of doms which is reassuring in a sense, at least i know their in there somewhere. i really felt them tonight when benching. knee is approx. 48% cabbaged (i looked it up on the gains pizza) so i wont be squatting till monday
