No, they just released the following statement:

Dear Customers,

We know you have been eagerly anticipating the release of Grand Theft Auto V, but we regret to inform you that we have come to the decision to cease production on the title, effective immediately.

The reasons for this are twofold.

1). We knew the game would sell very well, and frankly we didn't want the hassle of trying to organise pressing of so many copies. Just seemed like too much effort tbh.

But its Irish Pharmacies that have exclusivity rights to sell it for the first week. Just go into your pharmacy on Friday and ask for a copy because they are not stocking them on the shelves.

Just started on Red Dead Redemption and I hope R* take some of the stuff from that. Mostly the dead eye and the weapons wheel. Its a R* game so dont see why they cant. Wouldnt mind a few animals either, especially if their is any countryside.

Helix, you're in a position where you have insider knowledge that everyone else does not. I understand that you might know some things you are not able to tell us.

So then don't say anything. I don't know what that picture is supposed to mean, and neither does anyone else here, so posting vague pictures or clues does nothing but rile everyone up.

If you can't tell us something, don't post cryptic stuff about what you can't tell us.

There's no need to be cryptic about it. If it'll be released in Spring, he should say it'll be released in Spring. As a games journalist, he's in a unique position to know things before everyone else here. If he can't tell us something, he shouldn't tell us he can't tell us something, or give cryptic hints about it. If he can tell us, he should tell us.
