I dont understand why the last set of screens are called 'business'.

Thing I love about Rockstar's screenshots - they're always full of little details that reveal something about the game:
1. Check out the front wheels on that car-carrier truck, looks like they're articulated separately to the rest of the vehicle
2. Laser scopes = Max Payne 3 gunplay?
3. That water looks swim-able
4. Laser scopes again

While I appreciate the screenshots .... they could have shown these ages ago. Most of the vehicles and weapons from the images were already shown in the trailer in November.

"More screenshots to come in a few weeks". How about actual news or info on the new content or characters/map/trailer we've never seen before ?

Maybe there's a car steeling business or something? He looks like he might be highjacking cars off the truck.

Out from the appalling Police cars, though, it's looking pretty good. Waiting a few weeks is a nuisance though (I don't particularly care about (of care for) the screen shots, but waiting a few weeks for more means it's less likely to be a 2012 release).

The crown victoria which is the car most states use has only been discontinued this year. TV land would have us all believe the yank cops drive mustangs but that's not the case.

I preferred the look of the cop cars in IV to those in the screenshot. The ones in the pic and those in SA were always boxy and unappealing to me.

I love the crown vic. One of the best looking cars in the world to use as a Police car. I also adore the LAPD black/white paint job.

I was more referencing the ginormous lightbars on the roof, to be honest. They look atrocious. There's also something I can't put my finger on about the overall shape of the car body or something. Not sure what it is but something's putting me off it.


Seriously though, if some bloke with a bit of spare time can do this in IV:




There's really no reason R* shouldn't be putting it to shame with their own efforts.

The cop car in the trailer looks to be the same as the ones from IV (crown vic ).

As far as I know the replacement for the Crown Vic in the states will be the Ford Taurus Police Interceptor (based on the new Mondeo).

The US version of top gear did a special on the new cop cars. They also have a chevy caprice and a charger.

Different era's. Doubt there will even be a mention of CJ or anyone else from SA. Nobody from III (bar Lazlow) was even mentioned in IV were they? Despite being the same city.

Maybe rockstar are obsessed with ageing and what happens to game heroes after their prime. All the main characters from the previous GTA games will show up as playable characters trying to stay in the "game".
