At some point KC will need to get their WR's scoring, hopefully tonight is the night.
If Charles gets a TD he will go over the 13.5 you need.
Either way a pretty low score is going to win our game.

I guess 26.20 point will do... In another league I had both Charles AND Cobb... It was my revenge for the defeat you handed me last year! :D

Ok so Big Ben is out for 6 weeks. I have no backup QB. Any kind soul out there interested in trading their backup QB to me?

    On the block are :

    WR's - Terence Williams / Torrey Smith
    RB's - Doug Martin / James Starks
    TE's - Tyler Eifert / Antonio Gates

The QB would have to decent enough for Eifert or Gates.

I knew 13 points would not be enough against Charles. I defeated you last season? I don't remember that. Ah well, 1-1 and I think we are due to meet again in week 13.

You did! It was last year regular season game, the winner was going into the playoffs.
Needless to say you went on to win the full thing, while my team simple crushed with no recover... Basically after the clash we went into the opposite direction

I feel I might regret that, but what the hell

I owe you one. That will get me out of a serious hole. I am going to feel really bad though if Dalton is the difference in our game this weekend.

I'll remember you said that if anything happens to Lacy ;)

Going to give a (very) limited Foster the start over Anderson today. I've given up on C.J. completely now unless he proves otherwise.

Foster returns 1.50 points while Anderson gets 7. Oh well. I had to take a chance really. Even 7 points from a 1st rounder is awful to be honest. The RB's I drafted early (rounds 1 and 3) are killing me.

Anyone else frustrated with one of their early picks or the opposite even - any gems that you're delighted with you've snagged in later rounds?

    Lads, Carson Palmer for sale.
He did his duty covering on bye week, is doing great so far, and give me 18 points against the tough Rams defense last night... Willing to trade for a top/good RB or WR or a serviceable RB/WR combo.
    Anyone interested?

36 Points for a gamesweek is ridiculous! That's the worst result I've ever had. Going to have to dig deep its looking like it could be a relegation type season already.

What the hell has happened to Roddy White!?!

Scores in general seem to be down a bit across the league. There are teams winning with high 50's and low 60's scores. That's mad.

I think my team is overperforming a bit but I am really happy with the pickups I made since the draft. Got Dion Lewis, Terence Williams, Andy Dalton and now an Antonio Gates that ends suspension with a major point to prove.

You always like to see your players in double figures each week.

There are 2 teams that I can see have not been setting their lineups on a regular basis and according to NFL.com have not logged in since September 11th at 8.29am. Interestingly enough both teams have the exact same time of last recorded login.

    Toonraiders and Earthquake Schunami

Anyway I have sent emails to them and hopefully they come back online from this week on.

The fact that overall we having low scoring means that there is a good balance in terms of roster strength, although this may change quickly depending on injuries and match ups

I picked a bad week to drop Doug Martin to the bench. Must stop reading the fantasy "experts"

Yeah you'd be out the gap only for it. And Tyler Eifert as well, though Gates could come up big.

Tight matchup. Hoping Woodhead and Bell can get me over the line, but it's going to be close.

Lost Charles. On both of my leagues... Trouble on the horizon...

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 10,386 ✭✭✭✭DDC1990

Lost to Setanta by. 08 of a point.

Sickener, but he had 60ish points sitting on the bench.

Big Ben being out is killing me, Antonio Brown's production has fallen from high teens to four points the last two weeks.

Needed 6.1 points from him for the win last night, if Ben was there it would have been in the bag in the first quarter. Damn you Vick.

Yeah that was a close one. Gates as usual pulled it out of the bag but the sickener for me was the chargers losing on the last play of the game this morning.

Cant believe that - i was looking going 6.1 and brown left to play - another loss!! I have brown in another league and vick is just absolutely killing Brown - Brown had the record for consecutive 75 yard games and a td or something like that and he has 8 receptions in 2 games for less than 90 yards!!

I had david johnson on my bench after hillman breaking out last week!! Frustrating!!

I'd almost rather that Brown was out as then I'd replace him, the way it is now I'm playing him in the hope Vick can do something. Still I don't think I can drop him as he could pull an amazing score out of the bag.
    Anyway, onto week 6.

its brown - you cant bench him cos he will score 30 points when you do!! haha

To be fair to brown he was shut down by Jason Verrett last night so it wasn't all on Vick.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 643 ✭✭✭DBIreland

Get well soon Big Ben, your replacements are killing me! Brown has -2 yards today at the start of the 4th quarter, I'd be better off if i played only 2 WR's today

Martellus Bennett up for trade looking for a WR or RB preferably WR. Going to roll with Gary Barnidge from now

So I think EarthWake Suhnami have thrown in the towel - 1-6, with a defence on bye and no waiver activity

Hah! Looks like he had an IA player last week too, that must have stung.

Still 3 bye players in his lineup, btw.

Lol rejected a trade offering AJ Green for LeVeon Bell this week, because Bell is such a consistent scorer.

Bell looks like he's done his ACL. Fuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuu.....
