Just checking in, yet another day he recieves to stay here. Landlord got talking to him today since he came back.

Now TOMORROW is the final day since the guy said he was in the middle of moving all of his stuff.

He was flittered last night so he probably won't go out tonight and if not it should be all gravy then.

Tell the landlord that by renting, you are legally entitled to a peaceful, safe environment, which he is not providing. As such, you will be witholding rent for the days that the knife-wielding psycho is staying in the house, as you are in genuine fear for your life. Then steal his stuff.

The guy now knows the landlord has no spine, and will just continue to make excuses. He may even continue to live there. And as he's not always there, getting a bailiff to evict him will be harder than it should be...

It's all quiet now. He's safely locked away in his room asleep so as long as he doesn't have any beer in his system he doesn't disturb anyone.

I won't be surprised if still ain't out by tomorrow. He gets his dole on Mondays and bad shìt always happens on Mondays.

Jesus, I forgot what this house sounds like when it's all quiet. Told the landlord that the next housemate better be some sort of professer with the violent streak of a piece of bread. :pac:
