Make sure the Officer Printers, Photcopiers, PCs, Monitors lights etc are turned off if your last to leave the office.

At home only light the part of the room that needs to be lit, use a lamp with a CFL,

make sure your house is insulated well and doors are closed when the heating is on, it will save you loads of money!! also unplugging everything when not in use will make a huge difference to your bill,
