    yeah I tried readin in there I started to want one :o

    so im avoiding that place...

    I got a stress ball load of chewing gum and the one thing that helps is typing odly

    I just need something to keep my brain ocupied

    My ps3 or xbox would be ideal but my mams watching tv :mad:

    I managed to squeeze in 3 drawn out unnecessary meetings, one back massage from a coworker, force feeding my coworkers liquorice, so all in all a very productive day.

    It's different for person to person, I tried patches, gum, cold turkey and drinking water, none of which worked for me. Cutting down one by one may not suit most smokers, I know a guy doing hypnosis and it's supposed to be good but he says it only works if you want to quit.
