8er got picked up yesterday by a bimmer specialist.

It''s down to 6 cylinders at the moment (intermittent). Might just be synchronisation of the banks or simple ignition problem. (fingers crossed)

    Will have news today.

He's also swapping out the plugs, installing the idler arm that I had in the garage and sorting a speaker that's putting the amp into 'safe' (crackle) mode.

Two new Goodyear eagle F1 Asymmetric 2's gone on the rear, only way to solve the small puncture on the bead of the tyre.

Kept the decent tyre incase it's any good in the future, but a quick check shows its down to about 3-4mm so we'll see...

Also I was only just used to the rear end of the car feeling nice and smooth again, damn new tyres causing vibrations until they wear in!

    Was just reading that. Haha
I'm contemplating ordering something at the minute, not sure what I want though.

Sort of OT, I arrange to buy the 5Zigen wheels today, that'll leave me about €300 for rubber and balance...
Anyone want to employ me? :D

Decided at 5 that the rest of the week wasn't going to be sunny, and wanted to respray both bumpers on my e46. Kinda had the sunlight going against me but theyre both done now. Pooped! Cracked one of the rear bumper reflectors removing it though, annoyed as hell about that.

Next up's some paint correction when I've time/motivation!
