Im sure AJ only act against DNS services that have been highlighted to them, overplay and Hola were plasted all over the internet so obviously the Premier League were always going to point this out to AJ to geo block.

Its not in AJ`s interests to stop people from Europe or other parts of the world otherwise why Broadcast games with English audio, why have English Advertisers and why pay a fortune for English speaking studio staff!

They must be making a fortune from people outside the middle east, to block us only pushed to other sources to receive the broadcasts and thats lost revenue for them!

Of course the best option would be for the Premier League to offer a similar service for those of us in Ireland and other parts of the EU, but pigs fly and all that!

the option in australia with fox for streaming sucks, only get 3 matches per week that they choose and costs more than AJ

They already provide a similar service for us in Ireland through sky go, but it's waaaaaaay too expensive compared to aljazeera

Alright guys, just joined following the nightmare of geoblocking! Can anyone PM me the fix? I've asked irishfreeview but since I just joined he might not send me it.

Just to try and help you guys, I've used all the other ways imaginable, Hola etc. I got blocked on the site for login attempts, and they unblocked me. Then I tried a different way through overplay again, and got locked out again, as was trying a different country.

So....I emailed them a few times and they were ignoring me, tried resetting my password but to no avail. So I emailed them on billing enquiries and told them that I wanted to cancel and to send me the details of how to. So they emailed me saying sorry to hear you're leaving etc, and told me to unsubscribe through my account. So I emailed back saying i'd love to, but you've locked me out! So they replied and said they'd unblock it to allow me access to unsubscribe....then obviously I didn't bother!!

Without ppl outside the Middle East and North Africa AJS won't make a profit at all. I doubt ppl in Middle East and Africa will subscribe to their online service, I would say 90% are from Europe, as per their satellites cards it's mainly bar, hotels and coffe shops with big screens that buy the cards not like here where it's bought for domestic use. The card costs 50$, the monthly average income won't allow ppl to buy it. If in the next few years AJS blocks everything online and stops broadcasting in hotbird I am100% sure that they will feel the hit in terms of profit generated.....unless they will launch something similar to be in sport all across Europe.

Agreed, thats why I think they are blocking the obvious DNS sites, the ones plastered all over the net, being told to do so by the Premier League.

Best way to carry on watching is hush hush! lol

With the unsubscribe would they have refunded you the remaining months you haven't used?

HI, I was wondering if we are able to cancel our subscription and get a pro-rata refund on the remainder of the full sports pass? I have recently moved over seas and am having huge problems trying to watch any of the content due to having geoblocked coming up. Is there any way around this? Or can I just cancel the subscription.

Also overplay still not got an update on a fix. I'm steaming! Got a year subscription I can't use and paying overplay 10er a month that doesn't work.

Ok Folks....great news here regarding my account which was previously flagged as suspicious and where they were looking for screenshots etc .....using Irishfreeviews method, I'm back in....it seems even a flagged account will reset itself after a few days!

hi could some please send me a pm on how to get on to ajs, i did pm the fella that said he knew how to get on but because i was new he would not send me one which i understand but iam in the same boat as you lot, paid for a years ajs and a years oveplay now iam well and truly stuffed. if anyone can help me out i will be very greatful

You have to understand that he's just being protective. If u keep asking ur going to be ignored for longer as u appear more suspicious. Please don't fill this board with requests to be PM'd. Use it to update on any updates u have. And know I don't have a fix so don't ask me either.

Yeah but you need a big dish for reception on 7 west. I still have +1 to +4 on hotbird but not half the stuff that was on it last year.

I did get to see barca this evening though. Always good for the barca and madrid games but they put the best champions league matches on +5 and up.

was watching the liverpool game this weekend, it was funny to see Jason Mcateer on the panel. Every now and again letters were popping up on screen, what are they ?? It actually became annoying.
