I think this covers them, and as mentioned you claimed you lived in Egypt to obtain the service.

The only thing you may be able to claim is that you signed up working abroad but have since returned home and cant avail of the service.

My own view is that with advent of TV Streaming and its increase in use the broadcasters will have no choice but to become much more efficient at combating users trying to circumvent the Geoblocks.

Placeshifting Technology will resurface in a big way , Take for example this weekend my brother in law who works in South Africa will connect to my 8 year old Slingbox Classic and will watch the all ireland on his 23 inch PC Monitor with a 2.5Mb of 3Mb Stream in Pristine Quality.

I also have Veetle Stream of my Dreambox running @ 3 to 4 Mb upload and my Uncle who is in Munich for a short visit will login and watch again in Perfect quality.

Lastly my sister who lives in Sydney will VPN to my DD-WRT Router and watch the stream from the RTE Website as she will show up as UPC user.

I control all of these methods and all that is required is a working internet connection at the remote end and nothing else..

No. Not without a big dish.

7west seems to be the best bet but there's no guarantee that you will get good reception as we are way outside the footprint for the middle east.

You can get some channels on 26east from badr4 like al jazeera sport 1 and dubai sports but not the +1 to +10 al jazeera sport channels.

How come yours was unblocked while not contacting them?

Got the fair use breach a few times. E-mailed them the first time as the message said to contact them and they reset the account, this was before they had premier league. I've heard they were getting fussy with people now so i've left it off and tried it again a few hours later and worked again. i've probably jinxed myself now!

Think its an automatic system, think it resets eventually, unless of course your account has been marked for strange activity.
