Stefan Struve is no surprise, KO's don't come much sweeter than that.

Have to say it always amazes me when I see Struve how much he towers over the top of the cage :D but he was caught with one sweet punch from brown.

How's Mir making such good dough? Don't think Rampage is worth 250K either tbh.

Rampage is known by the casual fan though so he is worth it, even if his recent fights havn't been great. Nelson's figure surprised me, I assume he's still on an old contract.

Well Page can't be winning much fans since his last 3 fights.

Ever sinc ehe came back from a-team he's looked listless.

Rampage is doing mad business selling wise for UFC, he is absolute gold to the casual fan, interviews ant Twitter. His fight performances are lackluster, always looks a third round away from the finished article. I still think the winner of Griffin - Rua is the best matchup for him, he cannot pose Jones a problem at present.

was shocked by that myself also
was sure he'd be on a fair bit more than that

People seem to forget that fighters are paid for fights in blocks, its not a per fight basis.
He hasn't looked great since his A-Team return but that's when contract would of been made. It's also above how big of a draw you are, he is very good for media appearances. He'll get a spot on most talk shows, even the A-Team is good business for the UFC.

Ditto Mir, he prob got a fight deal at the time of his Lesnar fights.

Nelson is almost certainly still on his TUF contract. Its a 3 or 4 fight deal. 16k a fight, 16k win bonus = 96k potential for 3 fights. He's easily get to the "6-figure" mark with appearance money.

I'd expect his next contract to put him around 32k+32k win bonus

Your probably right there. IMO he shouldn't get another contract anyway but that's a different argument altogether.

im not that surprised by nelson, it is a bit on the low side, but i doubt casual fans really know who he is. Id say rampage is worth it, a lot of people will watch just cause hes mr t. its all about the amount of fans you can draw, look at bisping, hes somethin like the third highest paid in the UFC

TUF winner, from the msot watched season of recent years, i'd say he is more well know than a lot of better fighters

He's not that high, not near 3rd. He is well paid though.
He was prob 3rd in total last year, but thats because he had more fights/wins compared to the rest of the top paid guys. He might make top ten
