Just in from work - that is snow caked into every moving part! Only fell off twice! Might go on the bus tomorrow if they don't clear the paths and roads

Zurich. Swiss efficiency is a lie. There were no ploughs or gritters to be seen so there was carnage everywhere. Still beat my mate back to the gaff and he got the bus - must have been due to the new rollers I got giving me practice for riding on ice..

Took the cyclocross up the Hell Fire Club earlier, great fun. Very happy hearing the crunch under the ice tyres again!

The Nenagh version of the Koppenberg :P, as used on the Visit-Nenagh-N7 Classic last year. Definitely a leg killer but great fun. Hopefully it'll be a good appetiser for some to come down and give the race a go!

Finally found a picture of me cycling on the velodrome in Glasgow. This was from my first track league night a few weeks ago, I'm the fella at the left of the photo riding on the red line. I recon I look calm but inside I was sh1tting myself. This was on the free "bunch up" lap before the gun... that's why your man is riding on the cote d'azur. Races are great fun, with 2 scratch races (One 10 lap, one 20+ lap depending on time), 1 devil and 1 points race per night. I've managed 2 wins and a few placings in my first few weeks but have now been "promoted" from the D's the C's...

in the cock bridge photo, i think the guardrail posts are inserted in the ground backwards, they are done euro style where people drive on the other side of the road. they should be rotated 180' in the ground, all seem to be the same too. so if you hit it with a car it wont redirect you and you will probably go into the bridge, and if you go over the rail on a bike how many sharp post ends are facing directly towards you.
