    Arr I have a strange feeling of happiness after getting unexpected pb's. I thought I was still a few weeks away from those. Very happy with the powersnatch in particular I was injecting lots of swag into them. I guess the fact that my snatch had al most got to 10% above my powers bothered me :pac:

    Very close to a pb on the powercleans&jerks as well. Should have got that 102kg after receiving it plenty high enough but then I let myself get sunk. Stupid legs.

    After the 116kg squat I knew I'd pb that lift as well. I let myself go soft though and ended up getting a good morning pb as well. My back started to tighten up then so no back off sets or pulls afterwards.

    Hopefully the back clears by Wednesday because I'd very much like to go pb more of the things.

    Probably my most depressed pb night ever. More pissed off than emo though. My back hadn't recovered and was annoying the f*ck out of me. It was pissing me off so much I was gonna pb some sh*t to show it whos boss. Loading plates was rough. It wasn't there on the snatch but equal'd it at least. I'll pb it next time.

    First time going over 90kg on the split clean. 105kg was my Cork goal but that can go get f*cked. I'm going for 110kg now.

    Skipped front squats cos I was broken. If it's not cleared by Friday I'll skip it and wait until Saturday where I'm going to pb some more of the things regardless.

    Wasn't happening this morning so no pbs but I'm not too emo about it. At least the 80kg snatch is starting to become a regular thing ignoring the knee touch today.

    My split cleans technically were much better today also than they were on Wednesday. My pull was weak today so I had to force myself to catch them lower than I have been so far. I racked the first one but footwork was off so had to drop it. Didn't commit to the pull on the second one. The third one racked it perfectly but caught it too low for my twig legs to stand up with it. I tried for a solid three seconds to stand up with it but I couldn't get through the sticking point :(

    Front squats felt weaker than usual today and the 100kg was so so very ugly. I'm gonna leave max front squats alone for awhile because I can't do them with good form. I'll wait a few weeks before going for another pb. I'll do 95% + back off sets instead until I feel like I can hit 105kg.

    Another heavy week next week. I'll do a sensible session this Monday though and not break myself aka do a Lillis. Then go for pbs again on the full lifts Wednesday. The pbs are there I just need to get them.

    Got my schedule mixed up it's a light week this week not heavy. Two heavy weeks coming up in a row after this one. Which is a good thing because I wasn't really with it today. I was out Saturday night and while I didn't go too mad I certainly didn't stick to my 3 drink limit I had given myself. That has only had about a 10% success rate of working with me. Ah well.

    Haha. I 'checked' it out last night. While its looks like its set in a proper 'box' and they are doing functional movements followed by more functional movements they don't actually go so far as to use the word or use any the lingo associated with it so I didn't think it noteworthy enough to post about in the end. Real glassman fearin' haters know where to go to find it anyway. Lillis probably watched it 10 times already.

    I wasn't sure how tonight was gonna go since my sleep has been dodge lately due to moving apartment and not getting around to paleogrokcaveman'ing out my room yet. I was pretty dopey even after a double shot coffee.

    Looked like it was gonna be a ****e night because my footwork on the snatches was awful all the way up to and including the 81kg. Weight feels comfortable standing out of it now though since I started doing heavy split cleans and I've no problem throwing myself under the bar to the slaughter anymore like I used to do on full snatches.

    I jerked the 2nd 105kg but it was one of those celebrate too early things and I rushed my recovery. I ended up going off balance and after a second or two of wrestling the bar had to drop it before putting out my elbow. Next time. I'm too used to jerking 100kg over and over. 105kg is the new constant now.

    Even got an ugly ass front squat pb. It still knows it's place though still 1kg under my powerclean. Ratios yo!

    Yeah not much pep in me this morning so happy enough to hit 80kg on the snatch. Not too bothered about the knee touch thing seems to happen only when I'm tired for the most part. I did it quite a few times on the warmup weights.

    After I missed the 100kg jerk I cashed out mentally and that was pretty much the session then.

    Powers were ok'ish. Started to get a bit sad then because I had no knee sleeves for the squats and I don't like squatting anything remotely challenging without them. On top of that I couldn't f*cking load the bar properly. Following that I had no straps for pulls either which I really hate. Thumb aids pretty bad afterwards.

    Useless. This week was originally meant to be heavy but since I was off last week Wayne changed it to light Monday, medium Wednesday, max on Friday. Me thinkin I'm bleedin' deadly n all' though decided to throw that out and try max tonight. Snatched pulled the 80kg not even the high kind. Moped around for a bit then reverted back to light session.

    I best unf*ck myself by Friday or it won't inspire confidence ahead of Cork.
