    A very mild start to a new month. Temp 10.6c under a clear sunny sky.Light wind from the West. Even feels very pleasant in the sunshine. Very little rain overnight.

    A monster of a shower passing through and just to the north of Navan. It stretches all the way from south west of Kells to the Irish Sea, east of Drogheda. Some extremely rainfall returns of the radar.

    Developing shower also heading for me but not nearly as bad at the moment

    The day has totally changed here, from a nice clear and calm morning to a cold, windy and wet evening.

    Currently heavy rain with some sleet and hail mixed in, strong gusts, 5.1C

    Sleet and hail banging against the window , terrible night.
    temp dropped to 3.7c dewpoint 1.8 Wouldnt be suprised if this turned to snow for a while.

    Went out for the daily walk and its was very calm. Just got home now and the wind is definitely getting stronger. Currently 16km/h SW with gusts to 32km/h. It is partly cloudy with the odd burst of sunlight, temp 8.1c Pressure 1020.1 falling.

    Been relatively calm here since around 8pm last night. Highest gust yesterday was 51km/h. Currently its 10.7c, damp but no recorded rain yet. Wind is Westerly at 12km/h average, gusts to 25km/h. Looks like we are getting away lightly here with just a fresh breeze and no heavy rain.
