    very cold for late may, had had and coat on herding on the quad an hour ago. hands nearly fell off with cold, is this one of the coldest starts to summer we have had ?

    was ok until half ten though, lot of silage knocked yesterday.

    no let up in forecast til june 10th . giving only 10 degrees with a real feel of 7 degrees for bank holiday monday JUNE 1ST! monday is washout looking at forecast. thats weather u wouldnt have on paddys day let alone june 1st. i remember getting drowned in june 3rd 2007 watching dublin and meath game in croker, but it was mild/clamey rain, u couldnt stick a big jacket or hat on . but monday looks like a day for the high stool and the fire!

    Were after a nice day here, think its northern half of the country gettin worst of it.

    Drove from armagh to athlone yesterday it was a washout in places not a drop of rain in others.
