You can fine tune the FPS with it indeed, it's a very good system.

Well have you tried adjusting it yet
What sort of FPS range does it give you

I've brought it down by about 20fps to 300fps (with a .2), but haven't done much in the way of highs and lows, will do it later on though.

Is the gearbox removeable from the back P90 style and can you adjust the spring with the box still in the body

There's a plate like on the P90, you take that off and loosen 2 screws, these keep the gearbox secure with in the reciever, I'll get some pictures of it later. You can adjust the spring inside the body all you need to do is remove the butt plate and Bob's your uncle! Hope that explains it clear enough :)

    Your best post ever.

Even I can understand what is going on and I am a mechanical numpty.

Looking forward to being on the receiving end of it soon. It probably means a lot more walking to respawn for me:D:D:D:D

The main reason I bought this apart from the sexy factor is becuase it takes armalite mags, effort of having to get a load of P90 MOLLE pouches...

G&G (surprise surprise:rolleyes:) and I think TM, not too sure to be honest, will let you know when I find out more myself Ronan :)

Nope, it won't take Tokyo Marui mags without modification.

By the way you don't need to "earn" a beret, it's just a hat.

    Great review.

I have been using one of these (The same model, black with a hunter sight) since whenever tony got the first lot of them in. It's a fantastic AEG. The fire selector is a little stiff, as mentioned earlier, but that's nothing you can't get over (I normally leave it on semi when not in a safe zone anyway, so it does not matter too much).

I use the 9.6 numchuck style battery Tony threw in with the purchase (Thanks Tony!) and while it's a bit of a tight fit in there, the ROF is fantastic with it.

I just use a SA80 sling with mine, it's a bit of an awkward fit, but it does the job. I generally just use a bit of black insulation tape to hold the butt pad on.

I have experienced no fogging with the optics (Which I believe are actually 1.3x rather than 1.5x as mentioned in your review).

It would be nice if G&G released a couple of the replacement handguards that the RS one has, specifically the one with the torch and laser pointer built in to it.

The initial fogging issue with mine was due to the very cold temperatures where the courier had it stored overnight and or in the van. It has never happened since. The gun was so cold that I kept leaving hand/finger prints all over it for the first 10-15mins admiring it.

I have an FNH civilian sling fitted to mine in a standard 2 point setup. I have it wrapped around the stock and can't use the stock sling slots due to the internals but it still holds in place just fine.

G&G are supposedly working on a few handguards for it. The FN GL1 launcher and the tac light ones. Hopefully they do the low profile tri-rail one too, I'd like to see what that would be like with a Magpul AFG.

Looks a million times better with the rail front. The FN RS parts can be "made to fit" the G&G model.

Think it looks awesome with it (and a few magpul goodies of course):p:rolleyes:

Now that is gun porn. That is the sling I though I was buying on ebay but I ended up with the standard 2 point one.

Must be a custom barrel length to get the flash hider that close, don't think the internal threads on the AAC's are that deep?

I think it looks mega indeed.
It's a RS one but here's the link to the mod job done with the RS front end. I think it looks great and doesnt seem to be too big a job.

I wonder if the old grip will go back on afterwards (doubt it will be too secure tho).

Yeah, could see the pic was a RS with the FNH logo on it being the big give away.

That guy, Interficium, is a legend getting the RS tri rail to the G2010. I'm actually pleasantly suprised to find how close the dimensions between the two are for an AEG.

The price of the rail is not bad considering the price of some of the airsoft free float AR kits.

Did anyone see that QAS have the G2010 on sale at 50 euros cheaper for christmas?

Put a silencer on it just to be silly and realised how quiet it is without the crack from the flashhider, its almost silent... :D

Must try that with mine, What Silencer would you recommend?

I'm lazy I was thinking if I do go skirmishing again I would throw on my ghille
suit, take things real slow and easy, hide and take pot shots at people with the
F2000 on semi since its quite and nice and comfortable.
