Nice bit of snow in cork city now!

Just been outside here in Clontarf. Graupel shower stopped after about 20 mins or so. Very noticeable temp drop since 0730. No thermometer but you can feel the bite in the air now, whereas before it was just "cold". Lots of clouds moving in from the bay area heading over the North part of the city, should be getting very dark over Raheny, Artane, Santry and Baldoyle type places right around now

very light sleet here in Trim now, I was due to drive to finglas, Has anyone been on the N3 this morning?

I avoided the N3 and went in on the motorway from Dunshaughlin to Blanch. Slush was lethal, traffic was just moving in one lane the whole way to Clonee at 70-80kph. Not sure if the N3 would be better or worse!
