I ordered a gift set on Monday from Debenhams. Got a call from a courier there yesterday around 3 and gave the man directions to my address. Nobody turned up, and I didn't receive any further calls or emails from them. Anyone experience this before or anything I should do?

You wont believe this now. One of my neighbours just turned up at the door with the package. They were gone off for the day and are only back now. So the courier just fúcked the yoke at their doorstep and didn't get anyone to sign for or anything. They're not next door neighbours either. A few minutes walk down the road.

Christ their service is appalling. I ordered some gifts last week and can't track them as their online tracking is down and won't be back until Dec. 3rd. I contacted their twitter and asked and got some email address to contact. Did that and received an automated response that they were looking into it.

Then I get an email to say that part of my order has been cancelled. No info. on how they are going to refund me.

Totally unprofessional. Never again!
