    leg sweeps 3 x 10
    leg swings 3 x 10

    over and unders 3 x 5-dont know what was going on here, actually got stuck twice
    hurdle steps 3 x 5

    Squats
    Glutes are still sore from tuesday so wasnt sure whether the squats would happen
    25kg x 5

    Decided to try
    57.5 kg x 5 (2 sets) werent perfect

    Was pretty pleased with the squats in RAW yesterday, great to have someone watch me do them cos I never have a clue whether I'm going low enough..turns out I'm doing them grand so i really need to cop on and keep adding on weight.

    Heaviest I went yesterday was 60kg x 3 (2 sets) and in fairness i wasnt really grinding them out so I should be good a little heavier..


    Sunday 19th September
    Decided to just head up to the gym and see what i was able for...workout took an unbelievable amount of time to do..probably cos I did a lot of talking..and was tired

    Mobility Stuff
    leg sweeps 3 x 10

    over and unders 3 x 5-feeling grand today
    hurdle steps 3 x 5- good aswell

    Deadlift:

    really was thinking clearing...I wonder why:) and instead of trying a 1.5bw (82.5kg) I went straight for

    Had wrecked myself out by now and so...

    Circuit training-haven't done this class in AGES..used to do it twice a week before I was injured..felt easy enough to be honest.

    Kroc Rows-playing around trying to find the right weight
    12kg x 10
    10kg x 15
    8kg x 20 (3 sets) shall stick with the 8kg

    16kg -Up and back across the gym floor
    x4
    Probably could of gone heavier here

    All in all, pretty easy day..

    I do the mobility and stretching stuff cos will heffernan told me what to do, the strength stuff cos Jayroc told me what to do and the grip work cos you told me what to do..I sense a pattern here

    It might look like I know what I'm doing from the log..but really I don't :)..I'm just good at asking questions..and following advice:D

    62.5kg x 3 (3 sets) Think these were good also...I may be good for 65kg at the weekend,..fingers crossed

    Totes. You need to train men as to what wimmin's keywords are so we know how to trigger them to get our way. I'l be the first one signing up for that class. You could potentially make millions.

    ....on 2nd thoughts this could work for me.. it could apply to the many men that stare with the wtf is she doing in the squat rack attitude
