Hi Koolkid,

After power outage i started having Fault Battery call engineer on the alarm panel. I called engineer and got a €60 call charge quotation which i don't have. Please help by sending me the engineers manual for Astec.
Fault code i get is 00 02

The display is now flashing zone 4 panic after I press clear 99. 99 engineer is also showing on top of the display. How do I get to normal screen?

There is a panic button stuck down or a bad connection on that zone . That needs to be cleared before leaving engineer.

Hi Koolkid,

I'd be very grateful if you could send me on the user manual for a Verifier 6 house alarm. Moved in to a second hand house and there is no manual. They did leave the alarm code, and we have figured out how to set and reset it, but am sure there are more features that we don't know about like setting the alarm at night while we are at home that will enable us to walk around without setting it off.

I'd really appreciate your help.
