Whatever about their backend, the CAO website is one of the most amateur websites I've ever seen. It looks like it was made on Freewebs (is that still around?).

Don't do it. Do pass. It won't make a difference to your degree and you'll be glad to have a lower workload. Maths takes up the most of your study time, might as well lower it as much as you can.

I chose the honours maths module last year...Im going into Second year now along with Aaron(the cosmic frog) and Tara(reap-a-rat)

I do think its a good idea to at least try it, which i did until febraury, my advice is dont stay that long though, you will know pretty soon whether your able for it...but do try it and dont give up too soon after. Its pretty easy to opt out of too if it gets too tough.

You guys have the same timetable we had last year! They moved ahead the early monday morning start for us....

That's pretty similar to our timetable last year alright. You'll only have to do one of those two-hour CT103 Programming labs. So half of you will be doing the Monday morning (A-M) and the rest of the class (N-Z) will be doing the Thursday slot.

Looks like you're doing the early start Cian

Also, the Thursday people are in IT101A. All I'll say is... enjoy.
