Just picked it up in Xtravision (damn their customer service sucked ball sack!) Got a 10 euro voucher towards the official headset, I would have to back 25 quid!! mmmmmm think i'll pass. I mute everyone as soon as I start a game anyway unless its a private match with the lads.

8 hours left in work then off for the next 3 days!!

The need to fix the spawn points, they are disastrous. There has being 10 situations where I was spawned in front of an enemy or a cooked grenade.

Wager matches are really fun, makes free for all way more nerve wrecking and interesting.

SP is very good, everyone give multiplayer a break and start playing SP!

Yeah the spawning in Nuketown (think thats what its called) its a disaster

i like the game, its a mix of MW2 meets WAW, the graphics however is a step down from MW2 but cant complain too much. i think the wager matches are deadly, it mixes up the matches and an incentive to gamble your hard earned currency for a whole lot more.. or nothing!!

I might go into bot mode or whatever it's called and also go for a few laps around the maps in private matches(as you saw before) for around an hour or so mate. Then I'll join ya.

Every COD game(except for COD4) for the first week to a month I'm utter garbage :pac: I'm stepping back from tradition and ignoring the single player this time around.

I'm sure you saw my K/D in MW2 was higher than most but the first week after release(MW2 for example) I was just over 1 when all my scrub mates were near 3. Couple of months down the line things turned around completely. Similar situation to woodysgamertag on Youtube as he was bemoaning the other day. Takes a while to get my eye in.

Can someone please tell me how to get past the first mission! Every time the BTR explodes (whether I do it or someone else) I get a message saying 'Your actions caused your team to be killed'. Gah! It's really annoying!

if im around i could join ya in private matches and get you some practise, if you want or if you just want some practise on your own that's grand

the 2 guns people like to start off with are the M16, which is a 3-round burst but just keep hitting the fire button for the single shot stuff

the 2nd weapon is the MP5k, im really loving this weapon

Yep I don't mind at all. Like I said, I'll be doing a few laps very quickly, seeing objective points and grenade spots.

Btw, have you played against the bots yet? If yes, is it any decent?
Also how long did it take yourself to unlock a single gun? Kinda had my eye set out on the 2 AK's tbh and the Famas. But will look into the MP5K too. I really disliked it in MW2 though.

On a bit of a sidenote. Everyone thinks this is the dog's bollocks it seems. The thing is, the general reception here(excluding moi ) and everywhere for MW2 was likewise ie: brilliant. It'll be interesting to see opinions in a couple of months time.

If you only play one sp this year this is definitely it. The campaign is absolutely brilliant, miles ahead of mw2. Medal of honor should take a hard look at how you do a proper action fps. As far as

and have no gripes with it at all. Fantastic game in every way. Those just concentrating on mp are missing something really special. Also about 5 hours in and the story is really getting going now.

I havent played that mate, strictly TMD, ffa and a very small bit of domination

regarding the gun, for me it took me no time to unlock a gun, 1 or 2 games and you'll unlock it and your a good player so you shouldnt have any problem getting the guns you want in no time

once you unlock the gun you have to buy it then

Stayed up till 5.30, not a good idea with uni at 9.30 lol, ill be on from 3 onwards. @Ade you dont unlock the ak47 till like rank 40, ak74u at rank 18 i think ( its awesome )

Need work to be over, so I can actually unwrap it......might even play it after that.:D

Only thing keeping me going is reading about everybody playing it! Builds it up for me! Il get this hopefully tonight, but wont get much time to play it til the weekend and i am going to new york on Sunday so there goes another week and a half without it!

I've had 7 people join me in combat training within my first 3 game despite even put myself on not available *hint* lads.

The first game I and the CPU were against 5 of them! Damn join feature

Headshot at least talked about joining me beforehand... anyway.

First game went with MP5k (I can safely say I despise it already) on Array.

2nd and 3rd game. Much more like it with the M16. Still very much raw to this though and as said previously. It'll take me a while to really get in the swing of things.

Didn't know that, I'll check it now

I'm really lost atm in general and thought some combat training on my own with help me ease into the game. But then I get taken out in the first game by more experienced people currently.

Tis a bit discouraging and lame considering I made myself not available is all.
At least give me a chance to bed in :pac:
