Becoming a Real Runner

Since my last log was all about training for the Dublin City Marathon 2009, I thought if I was going to keep running after that, I would have to start a new one. So now begins the my process of becoming a real runner. Basically I was a total novice when I started training last february with the DCM in mind. I realised now…

Oh the odds are on. I think they're in Brian's log?! I don't understand them though. All I know is that I just have to keep my sniping eyes on twinkle toes' white cap for 25 miles and then BOOM!!

Notice this trash talk is not coming from me (for once ). I'm gonna go out at 7 min/mile and if I feel like I can speed up in the last 10k I will.

If CL beats that (likely since I predicted a sub 3 a few weeks ago) then fair play. We will both be celebrating that night regardless.
