Those signs are 1.5kms south of rathmorissy, sisk is the only section that has those signs so the will have to change them all rathmorissy to coldwood which is 5kms 18 in total
Sound. They'll all be changed so unless there's some other reason behind them being wrong (perhaps the equivilant signs on the M18 approaching Gort are off and they don't want to have to change all the signs from Gort to Limerick).

<speculation>Could it be that they were originally measuring the distance all the way to Oranmore where the M18 on its own would have terminated?</speculation>

It looks like the roundabout is simply going to be used as a standard roundabout, ti would have been better if they were going to mark it as a freeflow weaving interchange.

Unfortunately Irish drivers just aren't ready for that.

    Killaloonty Tuam

It appears that the tensile steel wire remains to be fully tensioned.

PS. Very nice pictures of the Tuam Bypass!

It's seriously getting very real now!

Great pictures! Just as well - it's a real pity that Robert Lally hasn't posted any recent videos of his drone footage.

Not a very streamlined finish between the red brick and central barrier. Looks shoddy. Surely a potential hazard for North-bound traffic?
