Sorry to be bumping this, but think it's deserved. Anyone got any news on this? They said late 2010, would I be correct in saying that Autumn is the time for new programs? Would I be right in thinking autumn 2011?

They said late 2010 when announcing the autumn line up in 2009. I think this was just a marketing ploy for TV3 they did the same with The Clinic. Could be wrong. I'd be disappointed if I were the producers. We will just have to do with Love/Hate.

The lead in it is in hollyoakes now (ore some other soap) & won a bunch of awards last week, I'd be very surprised if they didn't try to piggyback that, but then again, maybe everyone involved just wants to forget about it

Soap awards not likely to be the highest honours in the world of TV awards. He was better in The Big Bow Wow (and that isn't saying much).

Not wishing to drag up an old thread but I note with interest that TV3 announced their Autumn schedule today , not surprisingly it is all pure dross and fairly typical of TV3 with exciting shows like ' Southside Housewives '.
Not a mention of the crime drama we had all been eagerly waiting for - my guess is that it will probably never be screened given the time that has elapsed since it was filmed.

Perhaps it's so bad that even TV3 are embarrassed about it ?

I know drama's have long production schedules but this seems to be a bit unrealistic. Do you know why it is taking so long. I assume your involved. 4 years for Ireland's answer to "The Wire". Is TV3 of any help to the production?

Often wondered where this went to myself? I can't imagine they'd air it now, leaving it so long. seems strange though for TV3 to spend money then never air it. Even a late night slot?

We're talking TV 3 here so I doubt if they spent more than 50 quid an episode ! :D
Seriously though it seems unlikely it will ever screen , my guess is thay are embarrassed about it - certainly has all the appearances of being utter shyte.

I don't think TV3 can get embarrassed. The same TV Channel that brought you PlayTV, Psychics Live and the enthralling series 'Can Fat Teens Hunt?'.

It wasn't actually TV3 that was making it, was a separate crowd that were and it was TV3 that were picking it up.

Was speaking to the director about a year ago and it was almost dead and buried then. Now its probable decomposing.

Didn't look great but didn't look terrible either.

I wonder will UTV Ireland ever pick this up...
Red Rock though has overshadowed it.
Thus been thinking of this the other day.

One of the Red Rock actors was involved. Unlike any broadcaster will pick this up.
