Declan Hannon, one of Limerick's finest :D *cough*

And yea, i know whatcha mean. Alot of underage talent alright but can it be transferred to senior intercounty level. You saw what happened with the u21s from a few years back.

And football is a failed hurler's sport ;)

What a class second name!!!!!! :pac:

he roasted one of the lads when we played them in 16s county c'ship a few yrs ago! He's good alright! But youve clearly got an alterior motive for liking him! It wouldnt happen to be his size 34 would it :pac:;)

Those 21s ought to be shot!!

Hurling a skillful game? pfffttt!!! Football is a game of.... well its a game nonetheless

Maybe because one is far harder and more skillful and the fastest game on land :)
The other is more meh :pac:

And unknown, football sucks in Kerry and Tyrone now

Judging league performances in football seriously means nothing. Look at Dublin in years previous. They do rubbish in the league and do great in the championship.

If you look at the facts, how many teams compete for the Liam Mc Carthy cup compared to how many teams compete for the Sam and it is in the counties where football sucks except Dublin, Cork and Galway

    Football sucks in Limerick?
    Football sucks in Tipp?
    Wexford?
Clare? (Kilmurry Ibrickane all ireland finalists may i add :))

I could think of more but my brain isn't functioning too well.
And ditto to what deise said :P

nm the last bit I read your post wrong. But seriously hurling is a lot harder than football, look at the speed and technicality compared to football.

At the same time Im biased.. But will be watching Waterford play Limerick in Croker on Saturday in a final :pac: Well I wont be going but..

Saw that today, talk about a freak accident! From what I've read, he sounded like a very dedicated footballer. RIP.

Sorry, re-read the post and understand what you're saying now!

Galway have reached the Connaught football final most years and have won it a good few times in recent years but they choke in the All-Ireland.

Ally7; Do you even know what you are talking about.

I can understand if your confused but alot new soccer fans will support the team that wins alot or has the most money. ie Chelsea, Arsenal, United, Liverpool and now Man city.

Not that hard to reach the Connacht Final, standard generally isn't that high.

Yeah, I know what I'm on about. Not sure you're a great one to judge my football knowledge though, when you say Dublin always do great in the championship!

Because Ally7 didn't understand my post and then telling me that I should read my statement because she thinks I didn't understand MY post.
