Can see this thread getting ugly!

It is, just like you can do and drive over a few pensioners with a car.

Public area...do what you want....but also deal with the consequences of doing what you want because the law is what governs acceptable behaviour in public.

Mother should have called the police and sue for assault on behalf of her child.

    Damn boggers!!!

i'm suprised they werent kicking a turnip around the beach

The turnip was in use further up the beach. Being thrown around by Lions jersey wearing guys. I believe it was ROG, BOD, ZIG, ZAG...

Nobody is entitled to do whatever they want in a public area.

Not once have I gotten away with walking around naked, urinating into a bin, smearing chocolate sauce on myself and having the seagulls licking it off me because it makes me feel so alive.

    No.

Ill stay hurling on the beach.

But i will take my rubbish away with me. How many Dublin Scummers can just leave there rubbish there costing us all a fortune is a disgrace.

You embarass the rest of the country with this carry on.

Hurling on the beach is great.

Please tell me you're joking? Are you trying to turn this country into America where everyone runs around suing everybody for absolutely nothing? It is the lowest form of humanity

...please don't sue me for saying that
