Wonder if O2 will be supporting MMS and Tethering.

I see no reason why they won't do MMS, but Tethering could be a different story.

They always save the best bit for last. "And finally" and all that.

The IRecession basically they will jumble all the crap they have and present it in a box, endorse it with all the mac fans and charge a fortune for it...

Hold on thats what they do as it is...

Well guess I am stumped then!!!!

Opening up the dock connector to developers should see some nice accessories.

Turn by Turn applications now supported. Nice.

You can embed Google Maps for any purpose except turn-by-turn directions. They specifically excluded that due to licensing issues with Google. Devs must buy their own maps to make a turn-by-turn app.

thats the problem with text updates sometimes you miss the important details. Either way its still a nice bit of functionality. I hope there is going to be one demoed in the next few minutes.

I dunno Snow Leopard has me interested especially at the price they have brought it in fro existing users.

IPhone OS is damn interesting to me, filled in a lot of holes and opening up the dock should see some really weird and cool apps. (like they tried to demo). With everything updatable so easily i wouldn't be too worried about apps crashing like that. Its made the iPhone more interesting to me anyway.

Seems to be the same as the 3G only with faster CPU/more memory, better camera (3mp with autofocus), HSDPA.

video capturing as well, another hole filled.

    Voice dialling. Meh.

Edit: Voice controls for other stuff too

I have feeling they may just announce opening up the iPhone to other carriers at least in the US. AT & T aren't supporting MMS and tethering apparently.

again its filling a hole (i.e something that is available on nearly every other phone with a camera). Something the iPhone has been criticised about is missing these "basic" features.

Yeah, indeed. 32GB model announced. Price cut on old 3G's.

On sale in the US on June 19th. Week or two later for the rest of the world.

Have to say, not a very large jump in design. anything in there about battery life on the 3Gs. Why the same shiny back, dont like it!
