Turn up, state a target time based on a recent race. Based on this we can allocate headstarts. If it goes to plan everyone will converge on the last 1K loop sprinting for the line.

Note: this is not an organised race. Hopefully its a fun way to simulate race-effort as part of a training programme (for free).

I suggest 11am to give people time to get there. Any later and walkers/dogs will ruin it for everyone

You will need a recent 10 K time to organise headstarts. If you havent run one recently please convert a recent race to a 10K equivalent using the macmillan calculator.
