    I find it revolting, but that is MAYBE because I am straight. Don't have anything against gays though. Similarly I don't find two lesbians at it particularly hot either

    That's why I mentioned that I didn't want to pick on your post in particular. Your post just brought up a point, so I used it to help me make mine.


    I realised that I didn't even answer the question yet. I like watching if it's a hot guy and a hot girl, two hot guys, or two hot girls; I don't like watching if it's an ugly guy and an ugly girl, two ugly guys, or two ugly girls; there is also a spectrum in between depending on how much I've been drinking and how long it's been, etc.

    I don't desire to see men naked, nor do I desire to witness gay sex, but if I happen to come across either of these, I'm not going to be repulsed or disgusted by it.

    You can be homophobic and pro-homosexual rights. From your posts here I would put you in this category. There's nothing wrong with this stance, but I wouldn't expect every other straight man to feel the same way.

    I don't understand... are you spying in a window at someone, are you renting homosexual dvd's, downloading it off the internet? How can it possibly be a bother to you if you don't see any homosexual activity. And even if you do how does it still affect you, maybe you're a voyeur or something with gay tendencies and you hate yourself for it?

    Anyway that would be a no for me.

    Except the lesbian activities, thats sexy. Alas, lesbians in real life look nothing like the girls on some of the websites I've come across.

    No I don't think it is disgusting. In fact being a straight person myself most of my best friends are gay, both male and female. As other posters have said they are consenting adults and are making the most of the time they have together and making it the best way they possibly can. We all try to make the best possible life we can for ourselves. I have no problem with that at all. In fact being honest I feel more comfortable talking to my gay freinds regarding personal issues I have. They have a tremendous insight into personal life.

    Correct me if Im wrong but didnt you once ask for opinions about gay adoption and then state "and please, dont bring the how will the other kids treat them arguement".     As for my opinion, yes, like a majority of straight men I dont like to see it. I also dont like the thought of old people having sex. Does that make me ageist? Ive only ever seen it once. Is it ignorant that seeing one man stroke anothers face the same way a man would a girl really such a bad thing, or just a matter of opinion.

    As for the arse thing, no. I dont like the thought of anything up my arse, be it teh meat, a girl with some weird sexual tastes, a medical procedure or anything else. And I frankly think most of the straight lads here saying otherwise are talking out of their own arse. It is second only to full frontal whack in the nads in terms of the average mans wince factor.(actually scratch that. If kidnapped by some deranged lunatic and given the choice of a severe whack in the nads or a non anaesthetic up the brown "medical" procedure Id take the first.....maybe....hmm.....tough one)


    btw, and Ive seen one here, these threads inevitably bring up someone straight claiming "most of my friends are gay".

    This always intrigues me. Of the hundreds of people in my workplace I can think of six gays. Previous work and college pushes it to ten. Add in maybe 3 or 4 from school.

    That is 14 people in ten years who Ive merely known.

    So out of curiousity, how does one acquire so many friends from such a small minority group?

    Or are folks just trying to back up their stories with a few porkies.

    Your right. I should have put that in. They are gorgeous. They love getting chatted up by guys during the night. The expression on their faces is brilliant when they say they will be going home..... together. I've always fancied a threesome with them. One can only live in hope, :(, I would be lost without them.

    I must start a thread in the Gay and lesbian forum to see if we find straight activity "disgusting". I mean, what a pointless thread!! The OP is just looking for reasons to hate (i could use a stronger word) gay people and he uses "activity" as a means to show it. Yes, i take it up the bum lol. Big deal. If it's done in private, who cares. I wouldn't be turned on by straight activity (who do it up the bum too i believe) but i wouldn't find it disgusting. Who cares if it's done behind closed doors. This shows how backward and unaccepting Ireland is and how it still has a long way to go before some people cop on and realise that things like this won't go away.

    Just responding to your post. I do a lot of writing, listen to a lot of loud music and like to watch bands live. Does that mean I intentionally go to meet gay people in the gigs/bars that I go to? Of course not. It just happens that way. :)

    btw it is most of my best friends and not most of my friends. Big difference

    I have a good few gay friends. I've met most through one good friend who I've known for years. It's actually quite easy to acquire a group of gay friends if you aren't a homophobic git :pac: (Not calling you one btw!)
