    I realise my post was very generalized but I have reason to feel strongly about it.

    one night in dublin my friend was out with his boyfriend and they werer kissing(outside the george i may add) and he came home with two black eyes after he told someone to **** off when he asked who gave it and who took it.

    Gay people aren't disgusted by hetrosexual activity so why is there even a thread about it.

    people are people

    Gay people just like symmetry more.

    I don't like watching two guys kissing or doing anything other than holding hands etc It just makes me uncomfortable. I've no problem with gay or lesbian relationships, its just the physical side of it makes me uncomfortable when I see it in person.

    I felt that way the first few times I saw it, when I was about 18 or 19... just because I was young and it was unusual y'know, but now I wouldn't bat an eyelid. I think you just grow accustomed to it after a while and you grow out of the whole teenaged 'gays are manky' stuff.

    I wonder if yourself and the people saying these things have any gay friends? I'm guessing not?

    I would be able to understand if a gay person said to me they thought straight affection is disgusting, as i would tell him something similar from my point of view (See my other post) and I can be sure someone shares the same idea as I do, the same can be said for the gay person and other gays.

    I know what you're saying alright, and you could be right of course. And no I haven't got any gay friends, i know a few bi people and have seen their activities but I suppose that isn't the same as a full on gay relationship.

    I never once thought gays were manky or anything, the physical side just never sat well with me.

    For me I find it impossible to look at gay activity and think, "yeah...right on man". I'm all for gay rights but seeing it, well I just don't like it. How can you??? If you're straight you like good looking women naked and well you won't like men naked...............so basically I think either my opinion(which I thought was rational) is very much in the minority, which surprises me...or else a lot of people are full of it.
