glad thaedydal made that point...

I thought it was funny this argument came up when in another (very interesting and informative) thread it was discussed how grown up's vulvas do not look like children's vulvas. I recall the main difference being growth in the inner labia, i.e., if both are bald, a child's looks a bit like the kind of vulva you might see in porn, and you could forgive the confusion there, but real women develop a bit more than hair...

(perfectly open to correction on any of that...)

personally, as long as it's not overgrown (with weeds perhaps? =P) I'm happy to be given the honour to see it

Possibly....its pretty much de riguer nowadays...most of my friends have a brazilian at least, and we're all between 25 and 35.

2 years ago only two of us were getting it done, now every one of us bar 1 does!!

We could start a support group so. I wouldn't go bald if I was paid for it. Pain is one thing, but ingrown hair? How is that sexually appealing?? It just looks revolting to me.

Besides, if I went bald, bf would have to do the same, else it would scratch.

We both trim very neatly. And all is well.

Waxing is your best bet then, eventually the regrowth is minimal, practically nothing at all.

Absolutely love bald, landing strip is good, trim OK. Any more after that, and me "going down there" is a very big favour (I mean you would really need to cook me at least a dozen steak dinners to say thank you!)

put it this way; the less hair down there, the less ends up in my teeth. and if i'm scoring a girl and go to slip in the fingers, the last thing i want to feel is thorns guarding the flower, if you know what i mean.

Me too! I've gone bald before, and will occasionally return to it if I happen to shower near a razor when drunk. I like that it makes me feel rather slutty, but the regrowth is too much.

Ya, I know it is the other way around in some places.

Californian is like an extended bikini wax

Brazilian is a landing strip

Extended Brazilian is a smaller landing strip( they usually leave a little bit at the top) but everything else is waxed including the nether area.(most delicate way I could think of putting that;))

Hollywood is EVERYTHING gone!!!

I have mine waxed for me, I wouldn't be too impressed if A guy demanded it of me though, or demanded that I let it grow or whatever.

I had a wax there a few months ago, and they ran late with the appointments. So the client before me arrived back in the reception area, and shes is literallly the colour of death and it looks as though she has been crying etc. So the therapist sits her on the couch and gets her a glass of water etc.

Anyways, off I go down to the treament room, and when the therapist comes back she apologises for the delay.

"Sorry about that, that girl finds waxing very painful, she wanted a hollywood but we could only do a brazilian, she just couldn't take the pain. Then she got very upset as her boyfriend demands that she get a hollywood, and shes worried how he'll react"

I know where I'd tell him to go with his demands if i found waxing that awful!!!

Ha, here a Brazilian is completely gone. Although there is some confusion about that, but that's the general rule. I've never had a landing strip. It's either trimmed or bald.

Oh my god, she was worried about how he'll react? That's a horrible story! I agree, I'd ditch him in an instant. Was she young, though? When I was younger a guy told me my pubes were rough so I did crazy things to try to soften them. I even asked my gynie at my annual pap about it, and she said they were perfectly normal. That would never, ever fly for me now, but at one time it did so.

She was in her late twenties.You should have seen the state she was in. Hysterical. I would never ever meet such a demand if it hurt me that much.
