On a more nerdy note; weak sounding suits like this one are filed only to provoke or scare an offer to settle from the defendant school / wealthy govt body. American judicial attitudes can be ludicrously lenient in allowing such remote arguments so it's no wonder this greedy breed of plaintiff has emerged.
