Like the Cylons will just off-shoot into a completely new human society; centurions will revolt and you have that undending cycle of shyte.

There's a fantastic theory floating about somewhere that humanity is the final cylon, and infact they are all cylons. "all happened before, happen again etc". The current humanity are the cylons who wiped out the previous humanity, and are now going to be wiped out by the new cylons they've created.

I think it's a good theory, I can't find the article though.

Did anyone notice how Cally mentioned that she couldn't sleep ever since they reached the nebula? We know Tory was having the same kind of trouble. Could it be that Cally is the fifth, and there was a malfunction somehow? Maybe she's running Windows Vista?

This would obviously make her child a full Cylon, so maybe not.

Yep.

Skin jobs and humanity unite to fight off the Cylons. Remaining few settle on Earth and start down the same path. The final five are the skin jobs from the previous civilisation who founded the colonies with the old humans.

Very good point, although it doesn't really seem to apply to the Chief.

Tyrol is a man of the people though. Isn't he the head of the union now? So he is in power, Tigh and Tori are at the right hand of power. That just leaves Anders who is running after Starbuck, who is obviously a main player.

I think they kind of ruined it by having Tigh be a cylon. They have to top that now for the 5th. If it is someone like Gaeta or Dee you are just going to think "Oh right, its Gaeta." Talk about a let down. If they had someone else be in the Four and then revealed Tigh as the final one then that would have been a huge shock. Thats why I think the final cylon won't be anyone like Lampkin or Shaw. I'm still going with my initial guess from ages ago that its Roslin. In fact I wouldnt be surprised to see her die mid-season and then be the person that welcomes them when they eventually find Earth.

I also have a theory about her. I think she did hear the music in the nebula. But because she was back on the Chamalla she thought it was a hallucination so didnt react to it.

I just remembered something so I went back and looked through some old eps. I found the one where Dianna sees the Final Five. After she looks at all of them she says to the last one "You? I'm so sorry, I had no idea".

So can anyone think of anything particulary malicious she did to someone in the fleet?

I just remembered something so I went back and looked through some old eps. I found the one where Dianna sees the Final Five. After she looks at all of them she says to the last one "You? I'm so sorry, I had no idea".

That episode was the first time I considered that Tigh might be a cylon. He suffered pretty badly on New Caprica so I assumed he was the one she was apologising to. Could be completely off though.

Since we know that Baltar's cylon detector really does work I wonder did the four pass or fail the test. There was one episode where it was suggested that Baltar knew who had failed and was going to keep it to himself. But it was never mentioned after that.

I had assumed it was anders because it was somsone she directly hurt/tried to hurt

Ye lol i only watched that episode last night actually and it did get me thinking, but i dont think she is a cylon it would take away from one of the best scenes in BSg when tigh did what had to be done.

I'm pretty sure its either Admiral Cain or Kendra Shaw, simply because I thinkt here was a reason for the Razor story, that its links to the final season are deeper than we know. Just a feeling, but I dont think we've seen the last of Kendra Shaw... the ****storm between her and starbuck would be amazing, because Kendra was warned about starbuck by the original hyrbid.

I dunno maybe it is Baltar. Maybe he and 6 share an empathic link. Maybe the appearance of himself in the 4x2 episode was another Baltar model communicating with him. But again thats just wild speculation and tbh i enjoy not knowing. Im sure when I find out it will be quite a moment like when the 4 found out they were Cylons (with Tigh walking in drunk going woooaaoaoaoaoouu.... brilliant )

She smilled at two and said "You- Im sorry i had no idea (this model clearly forgives her as she then smiles again)" Thats 3. The other two where the same as the first two...

If it was baltar she would have said sorry because she voted to kill him on the basestar when they where tied 3-3 on the vote.

There's a website which says the Graystone doctor creates the cylon in the image of his daughter Anastasia, they want a black actor. Dualla is a play on the word “Dualis” which Latin for duo or two.

but the writers will never be able to explain why Starbuck came back from the dead

Yeah i totally agree that her shock moment was on tigh,we dont know it yet,but it was, im assumin a tigh-eye-pullin-dianna-new-caprica episode is in the works, but the 1 thing thats gettin me is that weve seen 4 of the 5, but were still not allowed under their hoods in the opera house, thats probably gonna be a when we find out the final dude episode, with that fantastic orchestral score btw, cant wait to see all 12 on the screen together, itll be like, oh right youre a cylon, hows that workin out for ya

That would be an awful choice, I mean she's had 2 minutes of screentime in this series, if even?? Why not make Matthias the final Cylon, she wakes up on a basestar after getting a face full of tillium on Ep5. Would make about as much sense as Dualla being one!

i will be annoyed if it was anyone who was on the battlestar because it means that somehow they are different or special as they didnt hear the music....

I hope its someone from the civilian fleet or else someone who has died,

Billy, Kendra, Cain or Tom Zarek (now that i think about it, he is the only charactor who is of importance and was not on the galactica at the time) If the music was heard fleet wide he would have kept it to himself, just as the other 4 have done, if they didnt meat im guessing they would have all kept it to themselves.
