    Front Squat (ghey grip)

    130kg x 1

That's a pretty good front squat for someone who doesn't front squat!

you seem to have this ability to do nothing and be strong at it....

i think you should take a year off draw the dole...eat like...well eat like you and lift everyting in sight...and get yourself a beanie hat a 70'sbig tshirt and just be freaking strong....

I know we take the piss out of your weight alot but at this point the way your lifts are going screw the weight thing...but think about what i said the other day..no point being in the middle of a weight class...eat and get strong smash the sh*ite out of your first comp next year then get all zac efffffaro whatever for next summer...

i went to 105 when i did the extended russian and now im 88...can be done whenever you want...
winters are cold insulation is good :P

    no.

smolov intense will kill me if i pair it with everything i should in the end of the ****ing bench program

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 1,640 ✭✭✭podge57

Are you taking 1 or 2 weeks before starting the intense phase?

When I ran it, I though 2 weeks was too long, and 1 would have been ideal

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 7,698 ✭✭✭COH

Where does it say you've to do BTNP for Coans bench program?

Stick to the program anyway... only legends idiots change things around :pac:

    Today. General Fappery

    Bench
    100kg
    x15:confused:
    x12

LOL, i'm making some excuse that has something to do with neural something or other. 135 2 x 5 wednesday. I'm pretty sure if you threw that into a rep calculator i'd be supposed to have a max of 120 :p

    Flyes
    2 x 10

    Pushdowns
    3 x 12

    Neutral Lat Pulls Down
    160 x 6
    190 x 6
(powercleaned 90kg for drifter coz the poor baby dropped it)

    205 x6
    (powercleaned and pushpressed 95kg)
    205 3 x 6

    40kg one arm barbell snatch

    Hanging Leg Raises
many sets of reps varying for 2 - 10

Well that was all highly unnecessary!

Met another Forum regular walking into the gym, we both stared at each other for a minute then burst out laughing, shook hands and walked on!
